Terms of Service
By using CampaignSend, you agree to abide by our Terms of Service. Our
terms are as follows. Please
note that there shall be no loopholes or workarounds for any of the
following terms. CampaignSend
reserves the right to take legal action against any violator.
1. CampaignSend may refuse service to any customer, without disclosing
a reason.
2. Absolutely NO spamming! CampaignSend has a strict no spamming
policy, and any customer
who’s found spamming will result in immediate termination of
their account. No refund of any
kind will be issued. And wont be allowed to sign up again for our
service. Legal action will be
taken if necessary.
3. CampaignSend is NOT responsible for any content sent out by our
customers. If any content is
reported and found offensive or illegal, the customer’s account
will be immediately terminated. NO refund
will be provided. Customers engaging
in illegal acts will be prosecuted if needed.
4. CampaignSend reserves the right to suspend or terminate a
customer’s account at any time,
with or without providing prior notice, without issuing a refund, and
with or without disclosing a reason.
5. All CampaignSend customers are required to provide proof of identity
if requested.
This includes, but is not limited to: a Driver License/State ID, a
utility bill, or a bank
statement. CampaignSend reserves the right to request more information,
if felt needed.
6. All CampaignSend customers
must provide valid contact information. Invalid information
provided will result in immediate termination of the account. We do not sell customer information to third parties,
but it will be provided to any government officials in, or appearing
to be in, a position of power, who request said information.
7. No warranty of any kind is provided with CampaignSend.
